Chose your language, and copy pakchunk2-WindowsNoEditor.pak to "...\<Game location>\DarksidersIII\Darksiders3\Content\Paks"
Change the language in the game to English!
It should work everywhere except for the first introductory film where English subtitles remain. Checked on Russian and Polish.
You need a multilanguage version of a game.
