Removed mods for Ransack, Cauterize, and Controlled Burn since vanilla functionality is now roughly the same as my mods. Updated files for compatibility with Oblivion's Ingress update.

Firefly usable from rank 2. Searing Strike no longer applies Burn, but deals +50% DMG vs. burning targets and has damage increased by 1.Changed movement on Run & Hide and Ransack back to 1. Corrected error preventing Controlled Burn from ignoring RES.
