Reduces the initiative roll from a d6 to a d2, making turn order effectively constant.

Installation
Extract the files into C:\Program Files\Epic Games\DarkestDungeonII\Darkest Dungeon II_Data\StreamingAssets\Excel. Make sure to save the backup folder somewhere safe. To revert the mod, move the backup folder's contents into the StreamingAssets\Excel folder.
Description
Reduces the random initiative modifier to 0-1, making turn order effectively constant based on Speed stats. The remaining point of variance is to provide a tiebreaker for characters with equal Speed.
Compatibility
This mod is incompatible with anything that modifies the combat.Rules.csv file.
