Installation
Extract the included folder into C:\Program Files\Epic Games\DarkestDungeonII\Darkest Dungeon II_Data\StreamingAssets\Excel. To revert the mod, simply delete the folder's contents, or move it out of the StreamingAssets directory.

Description
Does exactly what it says on the tin. All hero skills (including act-out attacks) and monster attacks now do fixed amounts of damage equal to the average of their damage range in vanilla. (To preserve vanilla balance as much as possible, attacks with noninteger averages still have variance, but their damage range is reduced to 1.) To preserve the effect of criticals guaranteeing max damage in addition to their flat damage boost, criticals now deal x2 damage instead of x1.5 damage. (This works out to be roughly what they deal in vanilla, though some attacks will have slightly better criticals than in vanilla.)

Point of Improvement: It would be nice to adapt the crit focus of skills like Lunge+ and Chop+ that only increase max damage on upgrade (clearly designed to produce stronger crits). My idea would be to give them x3 critical multipliers, but I cannot figure out any way to make custom critical multipliers for specific skills. Please comment if you know more.

Compatibility
Incompatible with anything that modifies ActorDataStats for the affected attacks.
