Before everything, this is my first rebalance ever in life from any game, some things may go over board and be too strong or not make any sense at all, please leave your feedback in regards to the changes made and if something is not working please let me know.
Changelist:
*Winded - Now lasts for 2 turns instead of the entire battle
*Barbaric Ywap - No longer adds winded
* If it bleeds - can be used from rank 1 and now targets rank 1 as well - combo now adds a +50% crit chance instead of bleed piercing
* Toe to Toe - Removes winded without the upgrade - Gets 2 block tokens when upgraded
*Bleed Out -Now usable from rank 2 and can target rank 2 -Combo effect now has a +50% crit chance instead of the +30% bleed piercing
*Breakthrough - No longer adds winded - Now usable from rank 1
*Howling End - No longer move back 1 - Base cooldown from 3 to 1 - Upgraded cooldown from 2 to 0
