As a big fan of Robert E. Howard I really appreciate this mod, lot's of nice skins. However, I have two recommendations to improve the hero. 1-Give him some buffs in Bleed, Disease and Dead Blow resistence. It doesn't have to be much, but to me it makes sense that he has resistance in view of his lifestyle. 2-Add a bonus for him in the District, a good part of other modded heroes does that. My suggestions are Outsiders Bonfire or Training Ring.
For some reason the Duchess refused to join the party with your Barbarian. (complete with missing imcompatible_party_string) I checked both info files and still can't find any line responsible. BTW I also use Hard Earned District: All in One which add some lines to many modded heroes to make them use new districts but it only modified the Duchess which doesn't seems to cause any incompatible with anything.
Does the barbarian shows in a town event ? if it does in which week it does ?. you put the mod in the modes folder right ? sorry for all the question im really new to this of using mods :)
But there is a little problem with all the names of the spells and the name of the barbarian being writed like this : [<Hero_class_name>] [combat_skill_name]
Extract only the data folder in the mods folder. Rename it barbarian or what else (you can let it be "data" but then in game the mod name will show as "data").

Your mod is very nice, thank's for that.
