Just wanted to let you know that I'm having the same issue with tooltips as Shadow913. The skills in-game don't show their actual effects (like punish increasing exsanguinate bleed), just show the "gv_tooltip_***" line.
I tried your mod but for some reason 3 of the 7 skills are showing the GV_Tooltip in the skill screen. Only those that have the tooltip in them are the ones having issue. I tried to create a combined mod between this and vanilla heroes but it still shows up. Even when separated and above the vanilla it still shows this.
