Aight it seems like most of the class mods lack project.xml file which you can make by renaming a new file .xml. After doing so you can open it with notepad and copy and paste <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <project> <Title>Dragonslayer</Title> </project> as the dude below said and find your mod folder and place it in. Most mods aren't recognized by the newer version of dd it seems.

Now it changed from "windows cannot run this file" to "localization.exe has stopped working." I mean, you're right that a command window did indeed flash up then disappear! However, it won't show up in the list of mods to click from. Do I need to put another .xml file in the Dragonslayer in the "mods" folder like I did for the Cataphract class? I need help, my game crashes every time i access the wagon. It was working first, then the crystal shop crashes when i open it, then after a few in-game weeks the game crashes every time i try to access the wagon. but when I tried to remove the trinkets files for the dragonslayer knight, wagon is good again. I hate to play the game w/o the ds_knight trinkets. any suggestion?My current build is 24149. Crimson court is enabled/activated, color of madness is enabled/activated. Love the mod btw!!
Do you need to put every file in the correct folder or you can dump everything in the mods folder? maybe it's because you don't have the project.xml in the mod.

Step 1. Right click on localization.bat
Step 2. Click on "Edit in Notepad" or Edit then look for Notepad
Step 3. copy and paste this line OVER the old one
START ../_windowsnosteam/localization.exe >>error_try.txt
Step 4. Ctrl + S
Step 5. click on the localization.bat again
Step 6. a command windows should flash up then disappear
Step 7. Profit and Slay bodies. youre done go forth and play with this bitchin mod

maybe it's because you don't have the project.xml in the mod.
Anyone have solution to this?(btw some mods also have this issue)
