Hero Re-Balance, No more Stealth, Etc...

GENERAL INFO ABOUT THIS MOD!
- Game version: 21049
- Added AoE to some skills that for MY LOGIC it made sense to add: spears, great swords, guns, bombs, ETC
(To avoid more text wall, some of the heroes skills got a few tweaks and got some extra AoE depending on the type of skill).
- Added between 2~10 more HP to all the heroes ARMOR upgrades depending on their role
- Added between 2~5 more ATK to all the heroes WEAPON upgrades depending on their role
- Made the position requirement more forgiving
- Grave Robber is now working as intended and is not useless anymore
- Jester gives a better stress relief effect to the party now
- The Leper's skills accuracy is decent now
- Plague Doctor's bombs now deal some damage
- Vestal heals more HP and her skills deal a decent damage
- I didn't touched any DLC heroes
- Stealth "removed" the details are down below.

UPDATED TO "Version 4.0"
- Re-balanced some heroes stats AGAIN, changed some skills DMG % Mod
- Nerfed some OP stuff (Game was too easy)

WILL WORK ON THE VERSION 5.0 AFTER the new DLC that will launch this June 19 (It seems it will add new maps and enemies based on H.P. Lovecraft works)

Less stress for party when transforming
More stress heal when transforming back to human

Arbalest
Suppressing Fire: Got full AoE
Rallying Flare: Gives even more torch light per level

Crusader
Inspiring Cry: Better stress heal and more torch light per level

Grave Robber
Thrown Dagger: More accuracy per level
Poison Darts: More poison damage per level
Toxin Trickery: More Dodge and SPD per level

Hellion
Hellion Exhaust: Still there, but it won't punish you so bad as vanilla version and only has a 40% chance to activate
Adrenaline Rush: Better ACC and +% DMG per level

Highwayman
Tracking Shot: Now marks the enemy (Used the "Target Whistle" effect from the Houndmaster)

Houndmaster
Cry Havoc: 100% chance to activate the effect and has better stress relief per level
Shared Houndmaster Effects: The skills that adds BLEED now do more bleeding damage per level

Jester
Finale: Now gives -20 DODGE self debuff instead of -25 and it last for 7 rounds instead of 12
Inspiring Tune: More stress relief
Battle Ballad: More Accuracy and CRIT. Buff per level
Solo: Better accuracy debuff against enemies

Leper
Revenge: Added Man-At-Arms Riposte Effect
Solemnity: 1-2 more points of self heal
Withstand: Better stress relief

Man-at-Arms
Crush: Got some of its former glory now crushing those skulls just like the Good Ol' Days
Retribution: Last more turns per level
Riposte is more powerful now

Occultist
Wyrd Reconstruction: Better healing and less % chance to cause bleeding per level

Plague Doctor
All bombs get full AoE at max rank (Except for noxious_blast)
Noxious Blast: Didn't got any AoE, but it hits harder than the rest of the bombs
Incision: It cuts even deeper now
Disorienting Blast: Max level stuns the targets for 2 turns
Shared Plague Doctor Effects: Skills that adds posion are now more deadly and last longer

Vestal
Illumination: More torch light per level
Judgement: Better self healing
God Hand: Full Aoe at max rank

INSTALATION:
1. Make a back up of the "heroes" and "effects" folders and files inside your game folder just in case
2. Just copy & paste the NEW folders into your game folder
3. Enjoy

WARNING: In case you don't have the lastest build of the game, the following skills have the "Destealth" effect!!!!

Highwayman: Tracking Shot
Arbalest/Musketeer: Rallying Flare
Antiquarian: Flash Powder
Occultist: Vulnerability Hex
Leper: Intimidate

The "base.effects.darkest" file inside the "effects" folder was modified to enchance some skills effects AND
make this new "Stealth" mechanic that sucks BIG CHOCOLATE BALLS down to 0% chance to activate so it shouldn't give any problems now and after a few dungeon runs i never found an enemy with this "Stealth" status anymore so i think it worked like a charm  :3
