   It doesn't work,
   my level 5 highwayman still refuses to enter lower leveled dungeons.

      Are you playing Radiant mode? I think this works only for the Darkest difficulty.
      
      Edit: try to copy the quest.restriction.json file from this mod into DD\modes\radiant\campaign\quest and replace the file.

      The file that has to be replaced for normal mode (called 'Darkest' ingame, middle selection) is:
      steamapps\common\DarkestDungeon\campaign\quest\quest.restriction.json
      
      The file from this mod can be used for this.

   INTZ can you update the mod here as well as steam workshop? I'm playing the game on GOG and your mods work just fine, but we need to download them from here

   Please, update mod to version 21142.
