You missed a disease in the CoM dlc. Grey Rot is the name. Got it on my way back from a trip and found it in the com.quirk_library.json. Should have an easier time finding it if you search for "is_disease" : true (include the quotes) with Notepad or Notepad ++
Found a bug with this mod, it lowers the quirks that increases CRIT chances ( Deadly, Precise striker and Eagle eye ), I think it is because it is outdated. You can fix it if you enter the codes and manually change it back.
Would have been nice if he updated his description that his file is for a specific game version. The JSON was indeed different. Here is a pastebin of the Color of Madness version: https://pastebin.com/trZ8trCG Backup before replacing your file.
P.S. There's also one to change in ...\dlc\735730_color_of_madness\shared\quirk\com.quirk_library.json. Open and search for "grey_rot" and chance its random chance to 0.
