Reverts man at arms bellow to 2016. (It did damage back then)

To make the mod work follow the steps listed below
1 After installing the mod find the zip file it says man at arms old bellow
2 Unzip / open the zip file
3 Find the file that says man at arms old bellow
4 Open the file
5 Drag and drop the new man at arms info into the old man at arms info. / Or delete and replace the info
6 Bellow at enemies and deal 1-2 damage to them by screaming at them.
