just grab the trinket and equip it to find it out my friend! and you need The End of Truth to make the Gaze work, if you do not have one yet, you can download the optional file "a save game file for testing" to get it.
if you do not want to test it yourself and enjoy torturous reading : "hao_end_set_tt1" is the type of the "upgrade_discount", but there 's not such a thing to upgrade in the game, so it basically does nothing but inserts a line of tooltip. we can not straight insert a string to game, but we can add an useless buff as a string. since that, "upgrade_discount" can be used to make custom tooltip. that's how other mods work. "only with the *truth* you can really see.", which means the Gaze can not work alone, which means it provides nothing itself, which means that you were right, "hao_end_set_tt1" was the only buff (tooltip actually) of the Gaze you could find. all the Gaze does is to complete the trinket set with The End of Truth. It's always good to be curious my friend ! Check hao.sets.trinkets.json then hao_trinkets2.buffs.json and you might find it out ! And also, that would be tormenting to read. (mysterious smile)

-让所有饰品都有用，即使是最低等级的饰品也有用，而不是让垃圾饰品加一些垃圾属性。要做到“即使是最低等级的饰品也有用”，这个mod采用的一个方法是让低级饰品有一些独特的效果。
-让每种饰品都更独特。如mod展示图所示，有很多原版饰品加的属性是差不多的。而这个mod致力于让每种饰品都更独特，所以任意两个饰品，要么有不同的额外效果，要么有不同的属性规则，要么就暴力堆属性，但是会有独特的“小代价”。
-当然，尽管每种饰品都是独特的 难以替代的，但是仍然遵循基本的“等级规则”，越高等的饰品会越强。不过，可能在某些特定情况下，低等级的饰品也会令人意想不到的“有效”。
-这个mod里的饰品的效果也会更遵循原版饰品的概念，而不只是纯粹为了“有用 独特”而乱设计的，比如“自私吊坠”会让角色更“自私”，“狂暴面具”会让角色更“狂暴”。
至于这个mod里有原版的本地化文件，是因为个别饰品的属性规则 需要dlc的本地化文件，为了让没有dlc的玩家也能正常游玩这个mod，所以把所有dlc的本地化文件都加进这个mod。如果你始终启用dlc，可以把那些本地化文件删掉。
目前传奇护腕有五分之一的伤害提升，加上一些小加成，仔细算算的话，实际上对伤害的提升已经比原版的先祖弹丸和先祖笔都要强了，我觉得还是比较合理的（自豪）
那一行说明确实容易造成误解，所以我已经在刚发布的新版里对传奇护腕进行了重大加强——隐藏了“疾病”那一行说明文本!
如果你要改动文件的话，请查看 “effects” “shared” “trinkets”这几个文件夹里的文件，传奇护腕在“base.entries.trinkets.json”这个文件里的 id（名称）是 legendary_bracer，不过这个文件里只有每个饰品的“effects”（效果）和“buff”的id，具体对效果和buff的设置，要到“effects” 和 “buffs.json”.
或许你可以复制一份存档到新的存档槽，进游戏把新复制存档的其他mod都关了，然后读取存档，看看还有没有问题，如果没问题了，说明是和其他mod冲突了。（如果你不知道存档在哪里：在win10的用户文档里 C:\Users\你的用户名\Documents\Darkest 会看到profile_0 profile_1 profile_2 等等，看你的存档在第几个槽位，进入同样位置的profile， 把里面的 .json类文件复制到另一个空的 profile）
如果确认是mod冲突，或许可以在mod界面，拖动这个mod Hao's Useful Unique Trinkets 到另一个位置，来调整它的加载次序（建议拖到最上或者最下），可能可以解决问题; 如果想找到冲突的mod，把其他mod都关掉，再启用一个其他mod a，进游戏看有没有问题，如果还有问题，关掉mod a，启用mod b...这样逐一排查。
如果还是不能解决问题，能详细描述一下是 哪些文字 怎么抖动 吗？恶魔坩埚用的 tooltip 文本（Localization）都是原版的,我还从来没见过“文字抖动”的问题。另外我玩的是Epic版，不是Steam版，不知道是不是和游戏的不同发行版本有关。
我在网上查这个问题，一类说法是可能和“汉化补丁”有关，不知道你是不是用了汉化补丁？我的建议是不用这类“补丁”，如果需要补充汉化就去找汉化Mod。
