      This is "For game version 0.09.28.755" and not working anymore, the system how things are unlocked has also been changed.

   Is it possible to also unlock all hero shrine abilities too?

      You mean hero stories? Their upgrades and new skills? That would be possible but qould require some work because its a lot of files, referring for all 9 characters and each skill...
      I didnt include this in this mod on purpose so you still have "something" you can work towards to and that is getting the upgrade skills only with completing hero story chapters.
