Well, from your game directory, go to shared folder, open the speed.rules.json and set to whatever speed that u like ( I prefer 1.4 ), good luck.

Hey, I noticed one thing and I need you to check it to see if It's only here. For some reason Rallying Flare isn't working properly, it doesn't remove the mark from your own units.

Hi Ericozz, this mod doesn't alter any skills and will have no impact on the mechanics of Rallying Flare, it's purely animation timings :)

Hey mate, good mod. If you make a next version, please speed up walking and crit animations - with proper items I roll so many of these, it's annoying to sit through it.

So... I don't know what I did wrong, I replaced all of the files and booted up the game, but when I try to enter a dungeon the game crashes, any idea of what it could be?

None of these files should be giving you a CTD so I'm not sure what's causing your CTD without knowing what else you did. :( Also just to make sure you're aware, if a mod contains a project.xml file all you need to do is put the whole folder into your mods directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DarkestDungeon\mods\[MOD folder containing the project.xml here] assuming it's located on your system drive. The huge benefit of applying mods this way is that you will not have to alter any of your game files and you can toggle the mod on and off at will from the game's save select menu.

These files should cause no problems even when overwriting the game's actual files though as they are simply just number tweaks on how long animations play and stuff :p

Sorry that you're having a CTD issue though that sucks. I'd try to help more but idk what you did so it could be anything haha I hope you're able to fix the issue!

This is amazing. You hit nearly everything needing a touch up.
Only thing's I'd recommend adding is walking speed in halls (only slightly though), and possibly shorter town interactions?

    (edit after more testing.)

The slow time on crits feel fantastic and meaty. You made a great choice there.
I did see you also sped up the listing of collected treasure after a run, an way you can do that for Heirlooms too?

Hi! Thank you so much for the comment. I can definitely add walking speed changes to the mod or an alternate version, I have already edited my game files for those so I didn't think about it :p I'll definitely add that. As for the shorter town interactions and speeding up the heirloom listings: I will definitely look into speeding up town interactions and the heirlooms, I tried to get that working but I broke the listing screen, I do hate that it's only the treasure at the moment though so I'll try to figure it out. There's also a few other tweaks I want to make, though I've not had any time to play this week but I should have time to mess around with it now so I'll update it soon as well as add some optional files too!

My main concerns at the moment are the heirlooms, the huge wait that you get at the start of combat with the initiation check pause I already removed, that long wait still persists so I want to figure out how to remove that. Also, the long extra pause it does to let you know either party is surprised is way too long so I want to figure out how to reduce that too. There's a weird interaction that locks you in place for like 2 secs when a "bark" pops up just before you interact with a curio too so I'm going to try and figure out how to resolve that. As well as reducing the current curio interaction times because I think I left them a little too long still. I'll probably fail at addressing most of these issues LOL but I'll give it a good go when I can.

Lastly, I'm really happy you like the crit changes! I really love it too, have a lovely day :)
