Extract the file into your mods/ folder.
Compatibility
This mod will not be compatible with any other mod that alters the rules.json file.
Description
Reduces the random initiative factor to 1-2. The slight variance is to create variance between characters with identical Speed stats, such as encounters with multiple of the same monster. Otherwise, characters should almost always act in order of descending Speed. This will allow you to predict turn order more reliably, and eliminate annoying situations like an enemy moving last in one round and then immediately going first in the next.
