Per requests, this mod is available to download for those who don't have the Steam version of Dankest Basement.
"10 Quirks" mod allow 10 Positive and Negative quirk slots for every mercenary in your roster. All of these quirks can be be locked via in-game means.

"10 Quirks" gives each of your characters 10 Positive Quirk slots as well as Negative Quirk slots, all of which can be locked.

Sanitarium and UI Overlays screens have been editted to allow this mod to work. It may look off with certain mods enabled. You are free to inform me should this happen.
