    Are you not supposed to be able to sell your wagon after you buy it or do I have something conflicting here? I have Realistic Wagons loading very high in the order and I can't think of anything that would cause this. Always sells for 0 and is right outside the shop when I leave. Also the wagon is still acting like a bag of holding but only indoors (as in my cart is across town), outside I can't access it unless I interact with it.

    Is there any chance we could get a guide to carriage maintenance on the front page? I had to pull some teeth to get things working on my end.

    So, is there any way to unhitch the wagon if you are using Travel Options? I can't seem to work out how to unhitch the wagon, and my travel screen does not have a "horse" button.

      By accident I worked out that pressing "X" unhitches the cart, so that's great. However, once unhitched I can't dismount the horse anymore, I used to press the "Dodge" button from another mod and that dismounts when I'm hitched. There's obviously hotkeys built in to do these things, it would be nice to know what they are.

      EDIT: Well, "X" stopped working for unhitching now. No idea why. I didn't change anything. The hotkeys obviously have to exist, if anyone knows what they are that would be nice to know.

      Okay, disregard my whole thread here. I'm a bit of an idiot, and thought everyone meant the travel map key, but finally noticed in the keybinds the "Transport" key.

    So I'm not sure if this mod is still being updated but I found a weird bug. Pretty much terrain by World of Daggerfall in mountainous regions sometimes has some overlap. Mountainous region generation can be a bit weird.That causes the horse to snap to the lowest point which is often under the regular map. I'm assuming there is some logic when you get off the horse to place the horse down. Not really your problem to fix but I thought I'd mention it for others. Simply type horse_rescue and don't move after, it should be behind you and click on it quickly. Otherwise you can rescue the horse and wagon at a town and it should be all good in my experience.

    Love the mod! Thank you for making this! 

    I enjoy very much dropping the wagon when I'm being chased and the mobs have to either climb it or go around. Also looks awesome when I use it for cover so I can fire arrows! 

    However that there is a quest the developer might want to look into. With the mod this quest sends your wagon to the dungeon with you. Got message "You don't have a horse to pull this carriage" right after the teleport part in the dungeon, logically it was not where I left it in the city either. 

    Disabling the mod and enabling again got me my carriage back, though not my horse. Sugarlumps gave me the message "You don't own a horse". Easily resolvable with buying a new horse.

    Endorsing because it's a really cool mod that I've seen YouTubers use often. I've tried it myself and love having your horse and wagon waiting for you outside of a shop, but I have it disabled until some settings are added to turn off, or modify, certain features (like wagon damage, wagon returning with horse, etc.).

    Keep up the good work and I look forward to any future updates!

    Edit: Couldn't help it. Reactivated the mod and just use the console command "wagon_rescue" now. Worth it.

    The sugar lumps don't bring your wagon along with your horse. Is it possible to make a check to see if your horse is close enough to your wagon when you use the lumps and if it is then it teleports the wagon along with the horse as well? Currently I never use the sugar lumps because of this.

    Love this mod but a dream version would be great to use high quality sprites, if possible

      I'll have to hope he doesn't. I don't want to drop the mod because it adds new models and sprites. I stick to the vanilla graphics with better lighting.

      Maybe a separate module for those of us that enjoy the 1996 graphics for what they are.

      The creator of DREAM, or other mods like it, can add their own sprites for other mods.
      For the moment, try using the 3D Animals mod.

    Is it normal for both the wagon and the horse to disappear and appear frequently? they just pop in and pop out randomly and Im not sure if its a feature or not, as in not being able to access wagon during random encounters and such. Great mod btw :D

      What you are very likely running into is a weird thing in DFU I have not been able to compensate for. If you pass over the border between two map pixels, the horse/wagon will stop being displayed. Any location, like a city or dungeon, is placed in the3 middle of a map pixel, so you will not run into it there. But if you are a bit unlucky with where in a pixel you park it, you can run into this effect. It should not happen often though, as each pixel is pretty huge, so you have probably been a bit unlucky or you are running very far away from the wagon while fighting :D

      I may have found another possible explaination: the horse seems now changing height position according to player's one.
      So if the terrain is not flat, just go above your horse and it will levitate to align with you.
      If you go under your horse though, it causes it to disappear (falling under the map) and to reappears after like 6 seconds.

      Edit:
      That being said, I could also reproduce the bug by parking my horse and cart at a specific place and it alternates between being there and not being there.


      
      Indeed, each in-game minute change causes it to appear/disappear.
      I'm not moving at all, just looking at my inter-dimensional horse.

      I then used tcl console command to look for my horse under the map and it wasn't very far below:


      If I stay under the map near it, it stops teleporting. Please note that there is another floor under the surface floor.
      if I return to the surface, it starts blinking again each in-game minute.

      I can't do much more to help you to narrow the issue down, hoping that will somewhat help.

      My horse goes the opposite way. He hovers in the air over the front of the cart sometimes, especially on uneven ground. I'm not using the same mesh for my wagon since I don't have hand painted models so mine may get pushed up. I think the horse may be too close to the wagon and trying to occupy the same space.

      If you're still looking for the 3d model of the wagon, its from the mod Handpainted model replacements. And if you're a DREAM user, don't install the "building.dfmod" part :)

    Great mod! And exactly what I want more of from the modding community: ways to enhance the roleplay potential and the "fantasy life simulator" aspect of the game!
    I have one suggestion though: add various type of cart. One slower but sturdier ndn one faster but more fragile for example. I had this idea beacause I'm currentlyy roleplaying a barbarian living off the land in the dragontail mountains without using classic fast travel, only the time accelerator from Travel Options. And oh boy I have to repair my wagon nearly every day! It's costing me hundreds of gold coins!
