   Whether Medical is a Primary/Major/Minor skill will determine effectiveness.  Minor skill is 10% more effective than miscellaneous. 
   Major is 20% more effective, and Primary is 30% more effective.

   is it applies to speed of health recovery to speed of skill lvling or both?
   

   Being injured will also increase the time needed for recovery. 

   what exactly "being injured" means here? disease and poison?

   Thanks, Asphincter for these mods! It helps makes Daggerfall not have dump stats anymore.

   Does this require a New Game or can it be enabled on an existing save?

      It'll work on both, so existing characters are good to go.
