Add Input To Scrolling Between Horse, Cart and Foot.

Inspired by Scrollable Interaction Modes, I wanted to make it easier to use the horse by avoiding the transport menu.
This mode has two simple options:
-You can select, if you want, what transport ignore between horse and cart.
-You can assign a key to that.
Also I added two messages on the HUD that indicate when you do not have a horse and when you are on interiors.

There is another mod in Nexus that solve the same issue named One Button Toggle Horse, but I wanted to do this to learn how to mod :)

- It works well with Free Rein.
- I think that every mod that modify the transport can be problematic, like Remember Transport Mode.
