I have not played DOSfall but thank you so much for this! I want to play through daggerfall as it was intended in the 90s just with QoL and this mod helps a lot.

Thanks for your hard work. It sounds great. Is there any way to get the files in .mp3 format so I can listen to it in other devices?

This mod, and it's importance cannot be overstated.

So many folks are hooked on the idea of "prettying-up" Daggerfall's graphics, audio, and presentation, but the finished product winds up looking and feeling like Baby's First Indie Game on Steam Greenlight - which is to say, overly dolled up, when the foundation doesn't warrant it.

In my personal experience, DFU is best used as a foundation for mounting some (frankly almost ESSENTIAL) quality of life improvements - while being able to retain some of that classic DOS Crust; something this mod is utterly INSTRUMENTAL in helping retain.
The OPL version of the soundtrack is - at least in my opinion - superior to the more "realistic" sounding versions of each track, as that adlib sound adds to the classic-feeling charm.

If not for this seemingly simple mod, I probably wouldn't have put as many hours into DFU, as I have.

I like the way it makes the tracks play. Definitely better than the way daggerfall unity ships out. Nicely done!

Hopefully there will be support for seamless looping in the future since it does sound a little awkward pausing when it should start playing again.

How nice of you to upload a mod, but don't so much as put installation instructions in the description, or even a readme in the ZIP file.

    Might want to fix that.

Drop the whole thing into the "Sound" folder in \DaggerfallUnity_Data\StreamingAssets. If there isn't one there then make one.

      That matches the internal identifier:

If I have a particular sound font plugged into the gameplay settings, do I need to remove the selection for this to work?

As as as I know any modded track will override internal MIDI rendering, so it shouldn't be necessary...
