#1: Be Respectful on public spaces, especially when you want something. #2: Learn your mod manager, make an effort to know how it works and when you can or can't use it. #3: Make an effort to learn the very fundamentals of modding the games you want to mod, read descriptions, look up a guide, ask questions. Most of your problems are just you not knowing how to mod that game.
#4: Vortex is not convenient when you use it improperly, it simply causes you problems you have to fix down the line, and cause other people problems by doing so. Use the correct mod manager, for the correct games.
Vortex frequently just drops everything into Streaming Assets, instead of appropriate (Quest, Texture, Sound, Mods) folders. Then, it's a prick about relocating them to where they should be. Mod Organizer 2 has been MUCH better than Vortex for Daggerfall Unity IME... but, manually installing is still often necessary anyways.
thanks i wasn't sure about this mod from the 1 image not fitting with df's artstyle, now ima download it but yeah he should add more screenshots... i think we can add pictures, right?
I only just noticed this was up, thanks so much for making this! I've updated the page for my original version with a link to come here, I haven't been able to mod in years due to work.
