Doesn't seem compatible with HD Vanilla Enhanced, or not so much incompatible as the health bars are all chest height. Still technically works, it's just very distracting.
Vortex and DFU don't recognize the folder structure inside the archive. The .dfmod file needs to be in a folder named Mods placed directly in the root of an archive, instead of, e.g. in NPCHealthIndicators\StandaloneWindows, for the Windows version. Creating a new archive with the proper structure and dropping it to Vortex resolved the issue for me. Installing the mod manually by placing the .dfmod file in the Mods folder should also work.
Helps in combat ever so much - no more wondering if the enemy is even taking damage or not.
Changing the options to 'only show health bar when enemies are damaged' was also a game changer, prevent you seeing a health bar around corners before getting attacked. Helps immersion not being broken while maintaining the functionality of seeing health bars, so thanks for the options to configure!
I'm Having issues with the bars overlapping the sprites instead of appearing above their head. Not sure if its because of the daggerfall version I am using (0.13)

There is one thing tho, if I can nickpick, but it’s not related to the build : Depending on some DFU graphic settings, the two colors for enemies health left / health lost becomes a bit too close to distinguish.
But that apart, or I’d say, even with that, it’s a mod I put in the «necessary addon» category ! Thanks much.

NVM i figured it out. I was using the linux file instead of windows.
Edit: no bueno with either, but Enemy Health Bar Redone.....to bad, I prefered NPC Health Indicators
