Resource for quest writers that I'm just publishing here in case someone else finds it useful too.
It doesn't really do anything by itself, it just adds two new actions that can be used for quest writing:
Have in mind that these conditions are a one-time switch. If the player's health goes low enough to activate them, they will remain activated even if their health goes back up again, unless you manually unset them.
Will be required for any questpack mods that use these actions.
Installation:
Put the .dfmod for your OS inside StreamingAssets/Mods

- pchealth lower than x does something if the player's current health is equal or lower than a certain value
- pchealthp lower than x does something if the player's current health is equal or lower than a certain percentage of their max health.
