Without this mod: got launcher music. With this mod: no launcher music.
Make sure you are not using some music replacement mod which overrides this mod. All this mod really does is switch out the launcher music file with a blank file. So if some other mod you have adds new launcher music, that will play.
Btw, this won't work with custom sounds mods installed (Sounds folder), even putting it at the very bottom of the mod list load order. Is there a workaround?
Better yet, the folks at DFU to give us an option to disable launcher music :)
A late reply, but in case you're still wondering: the Sound folder might contain a file called song_5strong.ogg (or you might add it yourself). This is the title track. You could replace it with something else - a few seconds of silence if you wish.
I'm a bit unsure why but it makes my launcher have no music & static sounds. If there is anything I can do to troubleshoot this please let me know. DFU 1.3.5 , fresh install with fresh appdata
I'm having the same problem, this mod is muting the launcher music that plays when I boot up DFU, I don't know why. This should be in the bugs section. I can recreate this issue by installing the mod into the base game using conventional methods, after which the issue appears.
