A0C00Y08, The Assassin: a "successful" completion of this quest reduces your legal reputation by 20, which is already into Criminal Conspiracy levels. Because that is dumb, I disabled the quest. A0C00Y16, Missing Person Case: At the time I released this mod, the quest was very buggy and unfinished. It doesn't have issues now AFAIK, so if I ever come back to this, I could enable it again. A0C41Y18, The Mummy's Finger: An infamous quest that catches newbies all the time. I could probably enable it with a high reputation requirement among commoners, though I'm not sure how that would work. K0C00Y06, A Mix-Up: The worst quest in TES2. So bad that it got disabled even in vanilla DFU. Because it's irredeemable, I will always keep it disabled. K0C01Y10, Background Information: My mod "Optional Main Quest" disables this since it's related to the main quest, and it doesn't make sense to re-enable it through this mod. Probably overkill, but my philosophy was, "no one will actually realize the quest was missing."
As I noted on the front page, all it takes to re-enable any of these quests is to enter the file of this mod and remove the - in front of any quest's name. It's quite simple.
I took a look and didn't notice any significant conflicts, only that the quest A0C00Y16 Missing Person Quest is enabled in DFU and has the note "enabled for testing". The quest K0C00Y06 A Mix-Up is apparently also disabled by default in DFU.
Mix up quest is the second worst quest in entire elder scrolls series first place is pink stones crown in Skyrim Thank you for removing mix up quest from the game.
Two of them are extremely hated by the community; one is the Mummy Finger quest (a massive disadvantage for any player who accidentally stumbles on it, and worse for newbies); one drops your regional reputation massively for no reason and with no warning, and the last one, Background Information, I only disabled because it clashes with roleplayer mods like Random Starting Location. They're pretty easy to re-enable, so I figured it was a very small inconvenience for those who want to.
It's funny, that we never notice the content that's disabled; we only notice things that show up but shouldn't!
Most quests in Daggerfall have a rank requirement behind them; you can't get sent to kill a lich at rank 1, for example. As you gain ranks, more quests become available to you. This mod changes the ranks at which the quests are offered, so you stop getting very dangerous ones at low levels.
"Unzip this file and move the contents to /Assets/StreamingAssets/Tables in your Daggerfall Unity installation, replacing the QuestList-Classic.txt file that's already there."

No more "option one, dishonor - option two, death" decisions.
I hope this mod, and a few others will be incorporated into the base game upon final release.
Or does it order that list from easy to difficult?
Or am I misunderstanding this mod completely? :)
