Having some issues with the peasantry quest. "Do Not Forsake Me Oh My Darling" Not sure what to do. I investigated all the places. Found her friend who said this person was a creep. Not sure where else to go. "Speaking in Tongues" is another quest that I couldn't figure out. Any hint or guide on how to proceed.
The way you make quests inactive with the " - ", can it be done to any quest from any mod? I'm having problems with harpies, giants and tigers trying to rob en masse from some mod, so I'd like to make some quests inactive without breaking the game.
I updated the quests very gradually over a year, but from memory there were: a few logic bugs in some quests were fixed, quite a few typos corrected, some dumb placeholder rumours were removed and two or maybe three quests are new.
Just tried 0015, the one where a lover is kidnapped and sent to a dungeon. Right when I clicked on the hostage in the dungeon, the full victory sequence happened and the quest ended. Now, this may be related to my clicking on the quest NPC again before going to the dungeon. And am I to understand there's no reward for this quest?
Hello Jay, nice to see you around! Thanks for this message. Indeed you have found a bug whereby clicking on the questgiver breaks the flow. It is expected that you only speak to the questgiver again once you have rescued the hostage. I will see about fixing that. As for the rewards, I have no memory of this but based on the quest script it seems intentional that there is no reward. But perhaps, if the quest has sent you to a dungeon, the player should be rewarded with a magic item or a dungeon map or something. At this moment I am not sure when this bug will be fixed.
Always happy to see more custom quests! Thank You, Looking forward to playing with these!
May I suggest placing the txt files inside a folder named JF and adding the folder to the archive then instructing people to just drop the whole folder into QuestPacks. (I understand you cover this in the description)
