On character death, continue your story with a randomly generated character. Currently, descendants spawn randomly with their own race & class. All descendants start at level 1. Project Legacy is in early development.

The current ancestor level is saved, and the descendant level is reset to 1.
Descendant characters now spawn with up to 10 randomized items.

When the player is teleported to a location that is too high, the game repositions them to the ground. If no ground is found, they are teleported to a new location (to avoid conflicts with mods that change height and other settings).
The descendant test slider now works correctly. When set to "always" it considers generation zero as well.
Fixed a crash that occurred when the player died under certain conditions.
The player now spawns with clothes, armor (20% chance), and a weapon. This takes the class into account to avoid equipping forbidden items.
Player now regenerates Magicka and Fatigue on spawn.
Version 0.1
Now saves current skills, stats and character data. Now randomizes. Clears inventory. Teleport the player to a random location (currently that random location its manually selected). Revives the player.
Current Generation = Equivalent to number of deaths. If the player has descendants to revive. A simple genealogy tree list with the last 5 generations. The player can activate on the settings the randomess of the descendant (this will change later to have descendants with marriage)
Known issues: The player sometimes teleports on the sky Sometimes the player dies and freeze the game (it has to do with instance stuff)

Currently: A character generated upon death. They spawn with a random name, race, class, and up to 10 items. Past descendants can be viewed on the generation tracker by pressing the key-bind G. Story progress is maintained on each death.
Planned: A unique family free spawning countless generations. Your spouses and children are your descendants, with your children's offspring also creating descendants. Move through the world of Daggerfall as you age, adventure, die, and continue your legacy through your bloodline.
CURRENTFEATURES:
- Descendant generated upon character death. Start at level 1 with a new name, class, race, and an assortment of up to 10 items. - Generation tracker. This allows you to keep track with the number of character resets, along with past character names. Default key-bind is G. PLANNEDFEATURES:
- World Influence. Impact the world of Daggerfall with the actions of your family bloodline. - Aging, Surnames, Marriage, Children. Live through the world of Daggerfall, passing down your legacy, and continuing your adventures through your bloodline. - Family tree. A unique UI to view your past characters, achievements, relationships, etc. - Heirlooms/Death Quest. Upon your current characters death, have a chance to drop a gear item deemed an heirloom. These heirlooms, along with your characters remains can be acquired by completing the death quest on your descendant. - Main quest-line integration.
