The larger the mag or the faster the cycle, the game WILL try to compensate by lowering the weapon's damage. There's some effort being put into mitigating this. For now, keep an eye on those

I used AWSC in version 2.12a to make a small change (increase SOR-22 damage). It worked and I haven't had any problems so far, although that's the only change I've made.
so id guess its a problem on your end. which weapons specifically remained unchanged for you? so i can try changing them and make 100% sure the mod itself is working correctly :)
hi :) just out of curiosity - do you know SWSC by scissors? would you happen to know about the compatibility of both mods? edit: they seem to be compatible on first glance - swsc offers recoil/sway/spread and direct dps customization btw :)

Awesome mod! Just one point is that it only works when you unequip and reload a save, then the stats refresh. I don't understand if the value is meant to show as per the mod (e.g. Katana damage is 200 on the mod, but the stats in-game show something higher). I checked to see if it maybe added on top of the base stock damage but isn't so. Nonetheless, it does its job, just a bit janky when having to reload a unequip/reload a save which I'm sure your aim is to refine.
This is working great so far for me in 2.1 Its super useful and can really enhance a fun playstyle that might not otherwise be all that effective. I appreciate the work thats gone into it, thanks!
Heres a couple ideas for future updates:
Add suppressed yes/no option to snipers. Eg; Ashura
Allow burst fire weapons to 'reduce' number of shots per pull of trigger -currently lowest setting '1' does not, Eg; Chao fire 3 shots. To make the burst fire Chao single shot, but higher damage I think would be interesting option.

for other weapons the mod works , but the mod does not allow us to increase the attack speed of this weapon (stuck at a measly 5).
