Edit: After troubleshooting for like an hour, it turns out it was Lifepath bonuses... there's a setting that makes certain lifepaths have a higher chance of missing with smart weapons. This apparently overwrites the mod that I have that disables the smart weapon deflection ability that some gangs have.
This mod doesn't touch target priority, perhaps you're thinking about the other one (Actually Smart Weapons). In any case, the perk revealed Vulnerabilities are meant to have higher priority than heads, because they too have a multiplier on damage and offer extra bonuses on top (emp explosion)

you are a working class hero. not all H - E - R - 0 - S wear capes. altho that would make it even better, you sitting in your chair with a towel over your shoulders feeling like spiderman for 3 seconds xD!
Through perks and upgraded cyberware you may be mitigating this issue into non-existence. (theoretically) Paywalled Iconic version is also immune to this problem.
But the base value in the Ashura game files is still set to 50% in vanilla version
Yeah I used the Ashura earlier today and I got a 33% hit on a target so it is not "fixed" (to me it is not a bug but a weird balancing decision from the devs) in 2.01.
Your mod fixed it for me however (100% hit on 3 targets after testing) so a big thank you.
Yasha Iconic Ashura still had this 50% to non track target make me wasted 20 to 40 kill 10 enemy while jumping and how the heck this they know where am I when it a smart gun fail to track there target
I haven't missed a shot today with the Yasha, but maybe I am just lucky then. (not using any mods). I will say though that earlier I also had the issue and maybe I did eliminate the problem via perks and cyberware, as Seijax mentions. Not sure which ones. Appreciate the mod anyway and if I run into the problem again, I will definately also use it.
