I've been away from the modding scene, and gaming in general for a long while.
I believe CP2077 updates have changed the games file structure since I've been away, which in turn has broken a lot of these mods that I spent so long working on for you guys. I apologise for not trying to keep this mod updated. I was just so burnt out from the effort at the time taken, to then knowing I would have to do it all again to fix CDPR's changes.
Now that Phantom Liberty is on the horizon (It looks insane), I am excited again, and might return if I enjoy it as much as I hope I do. I will have to re-learn how modding this game works again as I've got the memory of a hamster sometimes. I also imagine modding tools have progressed massively by the great community, making it easier to mod in general, which is fantastic.
Keep an eye out for almico in the near future, maybe I can bring you another mod that a will improve your CP2077 experience.
The INKED tatts are definitely the best tatts anyone has made for the game but mannnn, I wish it was converted for the UV framework so it doesn't appear on NPCS. I tried converting it myself but mannn, rocket science seems easier at this point cause I haven't been able to get anywhere with it.
UPDATE: I am on the PRECIPICE of converting this to the UV framework. Aside from a few alignment issues on the hand I need to troubleshoot, everything else looks perfect. If Almico allows me to, I’ll happily upload it for everyone else to use
my fault on the wait guys. fixed alignment but ran into new issues with seams being visible between each texture. if not one issue, its another lmaooo. but in the mean time while i try fix things, i'll see if i can get into contact with almico in terms of being able to upload my version. i'll update you guys when i can
I have *sorta* gotten it working. it works great aside from some weird issues that i'm not sure are from my end or not. On a new save (like brand new) it works great and as intended. However, if I use an old save, parts of the tattoo become discoloured and look off. And if I make a new save for phantom liberty, the tattoos don't show up at all. Again, im not sure if its just a weird bug on my end or not since I've found NO solution for this but I wanted to make sure it was perfect before attempting to upload it.
If someone wants to test things for me or give me a potential hand, message me. Also important to note but currently I only have the skin for Male V but once I have these issues ironed out, I'll try to make one for Fem V too
I'm using the M-INKED and can't seem to use any 4K textured face mods for male V, without it making the neck tattoo disappear from this mod. The 4k complexion will work and the body tattoos will stay, but it overwrites the neck part of the tattoo. Does anyone know of a way to fix this issue?
I tried converting it to the UV framework but can't lie, it's a proper ball ache. Converting the original games textures to the UV framework's is a hassle and a half. Imma still try to do what I can but man, I'm just holding out on finding someone more experienced to help out lmao
I have tried to look through all of the pictures, the posts, and files, but for whatever reason I cannot get the comb over with fade hair. I downloaded and extracted into what I think is the right place but it still doesn't work :/
Wasn't working for me at first either, turned out I had another hair mod from long ago that was conflicting, after deleting the other hair mod this hair mod does work for me, double check your mods.
