This is the entire code I put in the metadata.json that's in the RadioEXT\radios\"Your radio name here" folder, if you want to use your own streaming radio station, just replace the url with your own and change the name at the top. I also changed the fm to 66.6 because it's fun, you can use whatever you want though I think, as long as it doesn't interfere with any other stations. I made a custom icon too, there's a tutorial for that on youtube.
Check out the station in the meantime if you like, I used to just put it on in the background before I figured out I could put it into the game itself.
Okay, so it's a stream, hosted on some webhosting somewhere I assume. If so, mind if I ask where is it being hosted? I'm working on something with an industrial Dj right now for a station in game featuring some of the music he debuts on his weekly MixCloud shows and this may make things a bit easier on us to get it out sooner. We're reaching out to a number of bands we know and trying to secure rights to use their music as well as allow streamers to have the channel play in game and avoid DMCA strikes. Not having to worry about the music being in separate track format would help this immensely.
Not sure honestly, the stream link is http://138.197.0.4:8000/stream.mp3 - first part without the stream.mp3 leads to Shoutcast: http://138.197.0.4:8000/index.html?sid=1 so I suspect they use that.
Their website is http://www.detroitindustrial.org/
Their FB is https://www.facebook.com/detroitindustrial/ - you might be able to contact them to find out if it's not just Shoutcast.
They use mixcloud for their old streams here: https://www.mixcloud.com/DetroitIndustrial/
