   You made a mistake, you got it backwards，please change to:

   how did you get all 4 arm slots (i know its using cyberware-ex or smth but i dont get the ablity to buy new slots for them)

      i only get 10 slot of all cyberware.when i try to use console " CyberwareEx.UpgradeAllSlotsToMax() ", there is only red words which tell me there 's wrong. but i don't know how to fix it.

      you gotta downlaod the optional file for cyberwear ex that says "config"(make sure you get the right one that matches the version of the mod your playing), and then you can edit how many slots you can unlock/buy
