Sets all cyberware capacity cost to 0. There is also a 50% version for those who want something a bit more "balanced". All values can be easily modified to your liking via the "CyberwareCapValues" yaml which is located in the tweaks folder inside the r6 folder.
Download file, open zip, move "r6" "mods" folders into main Cyberpunk 2077 install.
If you are having trouble getting it to work refer to the stickies in the comments section. You may need to adjust things due to your mod list.
