Didn't CDPR remove that item in patch 1.6? You used to be able to equip it and have a Johnny's arm hologram effect over your left arm. I believe in patch 1.6 they made the item hidden, it's likely in your inventory you just can't see it.
Can try opening CET and typing the console command "Game.EquipItem('Items.PlayerSilverhandArm')" and see if it'll still equip (and "Game.UnequipItem('SilverhandArm', '0')" to remove it.
Highly unlikely CDPR native junk scrapper would scrap CDPR native non-junk items. Please read the Description. Update: this specific item does not show up in inventory since the game v1.2 or 1.31 as it was never meant to be a user item. It exists in the game only for the Silverhand player replacer use in quest scenes.

Game 2.1 and Cyber Engine Tweaks 1.29.0 compatibility headsup: due to numerous issues CET 1.29.0 is deemed unsupported. Please update to the CET 1.29.1 at least.
Strange, this mod is just scrapping random stuff i pick up, sometimes it will scrap a weapon like a katana and copperhead, then other times it wont scrap a sidewinder but then will scrap a sidewinder.
Went through an NCPD alert, picked everyone's weapon up, only had one weapon in my inventory at the end.
This mod does NOT scrap anything. This is the native game automatic scrapper that does it and it processes JUNK items only. Weapons are not junk. Please verify it without other mods installed. Also please note that some dropped weapons may not be usable items in the new game. They have a special "broken" status and when you pick it up you receive a weapon crafting recipe and/or crafting components and points for disassembling.

I can agree, the mod scraps sometimes random stuff. It scrapped some grey weapons for me. No other scrap mod installed. Going to deinstall. It also scrapped an Iconic weapon. Dont know whtas going on.
Some dropped weapons are unusable and are automatically scrapped when you pick them up. This is base-game behavior and has nothing to do with this mod.
The only known way to decrease the chances of a weapon being broken is to do a takedown on an enemy that hasn't drawn their weapon yet. They will always drop an unbroken, sellable weapon. If an enemy has their weapon out and you kill them in any way (including take downs), there's a 50% chance (maybe higher) that the weapon will be broken and thus automatically scrapped.
Huh, its confusing to me not everyone realizes this is a native thing. Sometimes weapons of enemies are broken during combat, picking these up will automatically scrap them to junk. Its not a bug, but a game feature. Read the patch notes for 2.0 and 2.01.

Thank you. The old perk does not fit the new game design anymore. There is no place to show in the new UI. That's one of reasons it is removed in the game gen 2.
