download a mod on nexus called save editor, load your save, go to edit additional stats, go to constant edit (last option) choose additive, in the list of options of what to change choose (memory) don't put it more than 40 because the health bar will glitch, but if you want to cheat your way choose (memory regen rate) and put to 10,000
Just try poking around in the TweakDB browser using WolvenKit. Checking the OnEquip section of any cyberdeck will show you it's attribute IDs then you can add them to the OnEquip section of another deck. The Variants section has the Humanity cost aka Cyberware limit
Until that comments section opens back up, I'm not installing that s#*! again. I did that just after the 2.01 updates and I had to completely reinstall the game and mods because it all stopped working. So, now I'm on 2.0, everything but this mod works. It's fine I guess.
