The mod works with the latest Cyber Engine Tweaks and Native Settings UI. If it's not working for you, please remove all other mods and test individually.
It's working for me on 2.21 Phantom Liberty. I did have to make one slight alteration. When I first installed this it wasn't working. So I renamed DisableWeaponSway to #DisableWeaponSway so it raised it above the other folders, and that fixed it for me.
My final installation path: Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\#DisableWeaponSway

I do as your saying , but still do not work(when the gun shoot, screen still sway, perhaps a little bit,but I can't find what changed). ps I just load this 3 mods for testing.
ljl0531, when you shoot, the reticle will still move due to recoil. The mod just removes the swaying of the reticle when you idle or looking down the sight.
Normally I wouldn't use a mod like this, however, because of the sway, all custom sights are inaccurate. I noticed in the default game, if your sight sways too far to the left or right, the shot will be off center from the dot. Thankfully this mod resolves that issue, because obviously the weapon can no longer sway. lol SO I can reliably use custom long range sights. xD!
An oddity that I am experiencing with this mod but I don't know if it is actually causing any problem anywhere. But going through all my mods one by one, I have isolated this one as producing this error line in CET console log on loading mods: "Function OnSwitchToCredits in class MenuScenario_PauseMenu does not exist"
There is a perk in headhunter skill line that disables sway when crouched... But it is just not working. So I guess I would consider it a bugfix mod :D
But maybe add an option to only apply it when crouching.
