New CET overlay menu to set your own values!!! Game version 2.0 locked perks behind "tiers"... This unlocks them... Also a version that just reduces the requirements... And yes, that's an Ozzy reference/pun in the title...

I'm going through changes:
- New addon available that removes the requirement of obtaining "parent" perks before their "children"... This is compatible with all main versions, but does not need to be used with the "Fully Unlocked Skill Trees" file, as it already includes the same tweaks...
New CET Overlay menu version available that allows you to set your own values for the required attribute points spent to unlock each tier... Requires CET... Changes made in this menu apply instantly (when you press the "Apply" button), but will not apply if the perk tree menu is open... Do not mix with the other main files (you can, but no real reason to)... This has been made the main Vortex file also...(Temporarily archived, as it was acting funny)NOTE about CET version: This will only auto-load and auto-apply on startup... Use the buttons in the menu to load and apply in-game (also to save)... Also, the "Defaults" button does not auto-apply the values, it just changes them in the menu (same as the load button)...
Installation:
- Extract to main CP77 install folder
Uninstallation:
- Delete the "xxxSkillTreexxxx.tweak" file from your [CP77>r6>tweaks] folder OR the "SetYourOwnxxxxx-CET" folder from your [CP77>bin>x64>plugins>CET>mods] folder
Known Issues:
- You can not add attribute points from the perk tree screen with this installed, only from the main attribute menu.
