I just wanted to note, in case it helps anyone who runs into a previous issue going into a mission during Phantom Liberty - it involves Mr Hands that is supposed to contact you after the mission "Get It Together" - but it bugs out and he proceeds to ghost you. Here may be a solution..
I just looked up the mission (which is named Get It Together) and the issue with Mr Hands, seems other people have encountered this bug in their own saves.. Some suggested the reason it bugs out it a lack of time passing - they proceeded to suggest sleeping away the time in a bed. I will test this out asap.
LVL 50 save after the act 1 mission the "Pickup" is up now, somehow I had it in one of my very old saves, got the Apogee Sandevistan now, refunded the attrbutes and perks - but chose 15 technical only to get Jackie to upgrade his bike for later on.
Should be solid for the attributes and such, though I might recommend upgrades of cyberware and consideration for build and point allocations. As it was tough getting through the facility without much at all, despite lvl 50 on very hard. :/ Have a good one, chooms! :D
i must've screwed up again, so I've been working on an alternative Nomad save, this one should be ready enough for Phantom Liberty - though some important things to say about it, I refunded all the points for attributes and perks, and didn't use them - I slowly got up to 40 level and 50 street cred - got the "Apogee" Sandevistan, David Martinez Jacket and the "Guts" shotgun. Also, got a bunch of vehicles, some weaponized like the Ken Block one from before. The Japan Apartment and such. I haven't got the thermal katana yet. I might just put it up now since most of it is ready if people want it. :)
The save has be uploaded correctly this time, apologies to anyone who downloaded the wrong save. It was for Starfield as I have been trying to make starter saves to help people out with different characters, but I have selected the correct folder this time. I hope it is all good now. :)
Downloaded the level 50 save for Act 1, it's listed as a Phantom Liberty save file when I go to load it, unfortunately I can't use it because I do not own the DLC yet.
Apologies, I did make saves with just the 2.0 Update and without the DLC, but most of them messed up with mistakes I made, had to rework most of my saves for Phantom Liberty. Hopefully you can find something useful around or at least have a good one regardless. :)
No they suggested it, as in recommended to begin again. I don't prefer to begin from nothing. I reloaded one of my years old saves, and just updated it to the current updates. But, starting over again is not needed. Hopefully this clears some stuff up. :)
(They also let you refund all your attributes and perks to rebuild your character, you just get to keep progression and items)
Meredith should be alive at the finish of the pickup mission, especially for the latest save where I went through without perks at lvl 50. I took the cred chip, pretended to trade it to Royce, but killed him - proceeded to wipe them out, save Brick and get the bot. I greeted Meredith at the exit and went away to report to Deshawn. There's a video of this in the videos section the one with the black background specifically. It is save 1.7 if we're talking the same save..
I just checked there is supposed to be an extra 17 perk points from what there is at lvl 28 - not sure how this happened where I don't have it. Because I just continued the heist till act 2 normally. :( I'm not sure how to fix this.
Update: Not sure how to correct the current saves, but I have another Nomad save at lvl 34 with 50 street creed. To make up for yet another mishap, I'll include the Apogee Sandevistan, the Edgerunners David Martinez Jacket, the Edgerunner Shotgun, the Mechanized Car I had before. I will also get the thermal katana. It will take a bit to sort out, but I will get it done asap before Phantom Liberty is out. Also, I decided to refund the attributes and perk on the new save, but I won't use any so people who are interested can freely use them for whichever build or whatnot. :D
I just checked out the 001 save file and there are only 9 available perk points (at level 26). Its not a big deal in the grand scheme of things as I can wait until we get an updated CET and the ability to add perk points via save editor or console commands, just something I wanted to let you know about.
Thanks, I appreciate it. Feedback, especially constructive feedback is always good. Most of my saves are me revisiting my old saves and updating them with the new update stuff like the Ken Block car. I don't intend for them to have messed up stats, I just usually think about if the save has useful or fun stuff people might like. And yeah, cet got updated recently, but the save editor although it also was updated I saw something about it needing to be reworked. I may try use it to correct the saves myself. :D
I am uploading a new edited version of this save you tested, it had level 30 and 50 street cred this time. I adjusted the points for attributes and perks to align the level. Hopefully it works! :D
I'm not sure, but maybe not. I may make a fresh save if you want the boosted version of the bike. :) Updated: I managed to scrolls through hundreds of my saves, I happen to somehow have a lvl 50 save during the information quest and before finishing the first part of the pickup. So I could get it done for you soon-ish if you want. :D
Okay, so it appears this is saved as an .sfs file. The save files in my cyberpunk folder have 3 files in them, a metadata.json, a sav.dat, and the screenshot. I am on Steam. Thank you for you help!
Sorry for the late reply, I was working on getting up to ACT 2 to gain the free weaponized vehicle in Watson for when I upload the secondary save. Yeah, not sure if steam is much different to GOG like I got, but the folder is in the "ManualSave-859" folder within is those three files, not sure the difference with steam. But, it lets it show up properly with the image and such. Also take note of the date, in case you have a whole bunch of saves and characters like I do. Thanks for giving the save a look out, I am trying to improve upon it for the next upload. :D
Well I use GOG for Cyberpunk 2077 - the save location is C:\Users\(yourname)\Saved Games\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077
It should work similar, I've downloaded saves in the past and they worked, plus there's cross-save if people are on console, so it can go over if you have a pc copy and console copy.
Not sure if me having pre-ordered Phantom Liberty would cause any issues, but it is not released yet, just 2.0 update.
When you put in in the folder, just make sure the folder of the save downloaded is put to the given directory, with the three files so it shows up properly. ManualSave-859 is the folder provided if it was unclear. Hope this helps. :D
Usually when I download a save file, there are 3 files: save.dat / metadata.9.json / screenshot.png I know these and I know how to use them. But when I unzip this one, there is only one file called Save59_4A4D19DD_4379727573205265796E6F6C6473_001144_20230923233918_38_0_4.sfs. Did I download the wrong file?
Thanks for pointing it out, apologies to anyone who downloaded the wrong files. It has been corrected. I've been making starter saves for Starfield, so somehow I must've opened the wrong folder selection. It should be good now. :(
No problem - I have corrected the issue, and even uploaded my ACT 2 save with the free weaponized Ken Block Tribute car if people are interested. I have removed the old incorrect first save and both should be sorted for people wanting them. :D
I am not new to modding, just new to providing stuff for others of the communities. Before Starfield and Cyberpunk, last upload I did was for a NPC on Fallout 4. So any constructive feedback is highly appreciated! :D

I am asking because they said to fully see the 2.0 changes you have to start from scratch...
(They also let you refund all your attributes and perks to rebuild your character, you just get to keep progression and items)
But either way I downloaded your save and I am to far now to start over. I am basically at the end. Thanks mate!
