Figured this out for my own game and want to share: For anyone else wanting to wear this in first person, while I have no idea how to fix the clothes themselves, I found a combo of mods that serves as a work around for the issues that happen while weapons are drawn, aka the gloves displaying behind the hand and the collar clipping into the camera when you look down!! It takes several mods, since some introduce issues you need another to fix, but I was pretty happy with the results.
The gloves are thankfully pretty easy to solve, it's a common problem with modded gloves/sleeves on clothes, caused by it not being properly set up for first person (no renderplane variable set, so it renders behind the hands rather than on top). You just need to install the Render Plane Fix mod to fix it, while apparently can cause some problems with first person legs inside cars and leg tattoos, but I tested and didn't have any issues.
As for the collar, this one is a lot more involved. The issue here is that normally, modded outfits make the collar invisible when in first person, this one doesn't seem to have been made with first person in mind, so the camera is low enough that it clips into the collar. I have no clue how to edit the clothes, but there are mods to adjust the camera perspective! You just need to use the Immersive First Person mod, and then the Height Slider Addon for it to get around the issue! It moves your camera up a couple inches, so that even when weapons are equipped, you look down and the collar is out of view! Putting Height Adjustment at 0.075 and Longitudinal Adjustment at the default -0.045 was enough to move it completely out of frame for me with 95 FOV, though you may need more or less depending on FOV, I'd suggest playing around with it. Zoya is supposed to be around 6 ft anyways, versus V being around 5' 4", so honestly it seems appropriate for that as well, 0.075 moves you up to about 5' 9" by my guess.
However, using the height increase meant that all weapons were lower than they should be, meaning ADS was completely unusable, and if you change it too much characters don't quite meet your eyes. You could fix that by only moving the view point forward instead of up, but that meant you'd clip into other characters faces or objects sometimes, and I had more issues with that than the meeting eyes thing. Thankfully, you can fix the ADS part with something the height slider page links, the First Person Camera mod, which lets you adjust the height of the camera relative to the weapons so they're correctly displaying. You have to tweak it some to move it back up to match, otherwise it brings back the collar clipping, and you have to repeat it for both guns, melee, unarmed, and driving, or else you'll get noticeable jumps. But after doing all of this, I can now look down with my weapons drawn without the clipping, and can still aim and move and everything properly!
It's definitely not a perfect fix, if you're looking down by around 45° or more when you draw weapons: A) the immersive first person causes your camera to have a small "jump" forward, and B) the first person camera moving mod makes the collar still clip through the camera for a moment before fixing itself, neither of which I was able to find a fix for. But honestly? You have to be looking pretty far down before it's visible, it's a single flicker for like half a second, and how often are you actually drawing your weapons while looking nearly at the floor? It's something that will come up, what, once every 5 hours? A worthy sacrifice in my mind, way less noticeable than the constant collar clipping. But yeah, hope this helps people! Short of going in and editing the file, this seems like a decent solution!
Which mods i need that this mod dont make these errors? (when i look down i see the neck clothing, and the gloves are not to see out of inventory) And i dont have the pictures in my inv. edit: only happen with weapons
Unfortunately outfits like these, typically one with turtle necks are for screen archery and not actual gameplay. This isn't the only turtle neck outfit on the Nexus to do this.
Won't copy paste the entire thing here, but while it's not a perfect fix, I found a work around for both the collar clipping and the gloves displaying behind hands issues! Basically just use render plane fix, immersive first person, immersive first person height slider, and the custom first person view mod, full details in the very long comment I made.

glove don't show and the top clips when looking down while using weapons
