The radio works through an online stream, there are no local audio files needed. If you're not getting any sound, then perhaps the streaming link isn't working anymore. I will take a look at it. I apologize if this isn't working, I am new to this modding scene.
Edit: I've just checked the mod in-game and the link pointing to the online stream separately, everything seems to be fine. If you're having issues, please let me know.
