perhaps you could make a mod that adds every pear of shoes by paul george into the game for male or female v to wear purchasable at the stores or with the virtual atler mod
When wearing these shoes footsteps sound like walking bearfoot. Do you by some chance know what to mofiy in archive using WolvenKit to make Paulnight footwear sound like dress shoes for example?
