This is Starting Line radio station for the RadioEXT mod. This station was born out of the idea of adding 90s and 00s techno into Cyberpunk to give a sense of nostalgia I think it was missing.
MP3's you source should be able to be dropped right into bin>x64>plugins>cyber_engine_tweaks>mods>radioEXT>StartingLine
