   Does this work for 2.1 Phantom Liberty Cause I can't get it to work

      Yes, it works with the latest game version 2.1 and DLC. Make sure to extract the .rar archive and move “4K Intro Blade Runner.archive” to the archive/pc/mod... folder.

      Ha mod page is missing. I had to reinstall and lost that file. But now dont have it. 
      Can you teach me, how to make a video replacer with sound?

      I no longer use Wolvenkit and just from memory I can't guide you, sorry. Maybe ask another modder who is more active in this type of modification ? Good luck.
