   i dont know why but i just cannot get this to work the hair tats and presets wont work

      Maybe because Appearance Change Unlocker requires RedExt, Redscript and engine tweaks which at the moment are very buggy and broken.
      Install everything without these mods and use the text file for the sliders.

       I can try. What exactly is the problem? Maybe add some screenshots if it is the ingame character is not looking right.
       Most importantly:
       Have you installed another character preset before? If so, did that work?
       Have you made sure that you downloaded ALL the required mods (except Better Hair Material) ?
       Have you installed Appearance Change Unlocker? If so, have you placed the .preset file in the right folder like it says in the description?
