The mod "Better Vehicle Handling" by CalinZ2 worked great, until the latest game update which unfortunately broke the motorcycles. With some experimentation, I made an .ini file of my own with some altered settings to fix this and smooth the controls out a bit.
No assets were re-used, the mod is just so extremely simple that it may appear so.
