Agreed. What I find baffling about the hair in the game is how poor the choice is (it doesn't seem so, at first). For example, no ponytail + bangs ? That's my favorite haircut on a girl. I want a refund. :D
True, so many short hairdo's, but none of the cool long ones NPCs can sport. Indeed, I find it rather limiting in scope overall, character creation. Maybe I have been spoiled (looking at you, Saints Row the Third), but I had hoped for more, including keeping the size of breasts, be they small or big, when putting clothes on my girl, and not default to average. Maybe their engine can't handle morphs, which is the usual way to do it.
