Either of the main files (but not both, and no addons)... This is only needed if you want to adjust the values outside of the normal ranges... Highly recommended...

If you're here to get this to use with my Lifepath Determines Starting Attributes mod, you only need ONE OF THE MAIN FILES... The addons are incompatible with that mod, so don't get any of those...
By default, the game limits each attribute to a minimum of level 3 and a maximum of level 6... This mod removes those restrictions so that you can lower attributes to gain more points to spend on the skills you want... This doesn't give you any more points than normal, just lets you reallocate the existing ones.. The new addons are a good way to get more points (or less), if you'd like...
Installation:
Install requirement (TweakXL) if you don't already have
Delete the "00NoCharacterCreationAttributeRestrictions" folder from your [CP77>r6>tweaks] folder
Known Issues: For the optional files, selecting the "Reset to Default" option does not reset to the modded values, but sets all values to the vanilla default of 3... I'm trying to figure out where the default is stored and if it's possible to change it per lifepath... You can reset to the modded values by backing out to the Lifepath selection menu (meaning you will need to recreate your character unless you save it as an appearance with Appearance Change Unlocker)...
