    ive downloaded all the requirements and have them up do date but i dont understand where i can find the store

      Virtual Atelier mod adds the shops to V's personal computer (in any apartment). Either in a Virtual Atelier tab or on the home screen, depending on which version you installed. If Virtual Atelier doesn't show up, then that's something for the VA mod page.
