⚠️ FILE NAMES HAVE BEEN CHANGED! ⚠️ I have changed the file names for Preem Hair. Please remove all old versions or double check that you don't have duplicate files.
At first I thought this was more Judy focused, but having this apply to all hair is amazing. Up close shots look so much more realistic than I ever imagined. Everyone looks so beautiful now. A great way to compare this is by just visiting Misty before and after, what a difference!
Cyan, thank you. Your work has made this game incredible. Now if only I could pick one of your LUTs and stick with it, ugh. Spoiled for choice.
Might be Appearance Change Unlocker. Had this happen to the eyes. Instead of opening the menu to see all the colors, just use the left and right arrows on main creation screen like you would with any of the other options. Check the first page of posts for ACU for more info.
Vortex gives me no file conflicts, and I am not using any other Character Appearance Mods. Like literally nothing I have installed modifies anything in the appearance menu.
Okay, sorry to have accused this mod, apparently it was a bug with either ArchiveXL or Codeware, I updated both to the newest version (even though I used one less than a week old) and the bug disappeared.
you should know that Vortex' conflict checker is not very good and any serious modder should use the actual conflict checker you can find here on nexus
Hey, is it just me or does the hair of several NPCs change color drastically (like rouge going from grey to yellow, or Claire going from brown/red to green)? Is there a way to fix it?
Did you not use the mod 'Judy Enhanced Body with 4K Texture'? I installed your mod 'Preem Hair - Ashen-Haired Judy' and 'Judy's New Hairstyle,' and everything seemed fine, but when I installed the body mod 'Judy Enhanced Body with 4K Texture,' the hair mods 'Ashen-Haired Judy' and 'Judy's New Hairstyle' disappeared. And if I use another mod, 'Judy Hairstyle Hyst Collection - Rogue Old Teal,' then your hair color mod 'Preem Hair - Ashen-Haired Judy' doesn't work. I wouldn't want to give up the enhanced body mod for Judy; How can I get a Judy like the one in your screenshot, but with a Hyst body?
I would like Judy to have ash-colored hair, and as I understand it, the only option is to dye the mod 'Judy Hairstyle Hyst Collection - Rogue Old Teal' to an ash color so that it works with the Hyst body. Unfortunately, I don't know how to edit or create mods.
It's standalone but I would still recommend the main mod to get the higher resolution hair textures otherwise you're just getting the new hair color profile.
When you say fix, what does that mean? What is the issue? I'll gladly make changes but I haven't had issues with this versioning in Vortex before. I like to stick to Major.Minor.Patch format but I can't differentiate variants without the appended letter. I'm open to suggestions.
Hi mate, thank you for the quick response. When adding the letter like you have sometimes we cant update the mod within Vortex, it requires us to go to Nexus and redownload the mod.
There are other issues that can arise in Vortex when using this type of versioning.
- Nexus Website not tracking the correct update file - Sometimes when there are multiple files on a mod page Vortex thinks that a mod needs an update when it doesn't.
We are hoping that Nexus will implement a forced version on future mods someday.
Ah, I see. I appreciate you reaching out and I understand the frustration with Nexus at times. My specific versioning is one of the many standards of Semantic Versioning for displaying variants and has been used across all my mods and is something Vortex should account for. That said, I will happily move to a more user-friendly versioning system until Vortex gets its act together if you can suggest a versioning system that works on your end. As long as it can support versioning through file variants, I'm open to the change.☺️
Thank you for your understanding mate I really appreciate it. As you use it across all of your mods I don't want to be a pain at all. Let me see what the future of the Nexus mods app is and how it will go about versioning before you do anything. I wouldn't want you to change anything if it's not needed. Regards v2.

If you use LUT Switcher, you can have all the LUTs!

Never would have suspected a core mod.
Please if it is compatible with this?
